A Royal Event.

The normal third Sunday shoot was a Royal occassion for the first time and a grand shoot it was.  The shoot was set up on his maiden voyage by Roy (Royal) Butler and his merry men and it was outstanding effort resulting in a great day of shooting.  The high gun for the day was won by Visitor Greg Buckley with a 84. The main feature of the day was lots of pairs in differing sequences and it was great and challenging to shoot this type of range.  The day had 32 shooters and was well attended seeing as the State Championships are on this weekend at Dubbo.
